Birgit Noergaard is a Non-Executive Director at Associated British Ports, WSP Global Inc. (consulting engineering), DSV A/S (freight forwarding), NCC AB (a general contractor) and is also chairman, vice-chairman or NED of other private companies and investment funds as well as working with the Danish State on de-risking major IT projects. Birgit has served on several other boards, both for listed and non-listed companies as well as within the public sector.

Birgit’s executive career included CEO of a consulting engineering company, COO of a Wines and Spirits business and VP of M&A and Business Development within an industrial conglomerate as well as consultant with McKinsey.
