Jade Bouhmouch,
Interim CFO, Earthly; Managing Partner, Ambo Ventures; Board Member, Natrify
Jade Bouhmouch is co-founder of Ambo Ventures, a venture capital firm helping Africa’s leading entrepreneurs tackle climate change. As one of the regions most affected by climate change, Africa has become a hotbed of innovation for climate adaptation and mitigation technologies. Paired with the challenging commercial realities on the ground, places like Kenya, Egypt, and Morocco have produced tech-enabled climate solutions that are commercially viable from day one. It is these entrepreneurs that Jade and his team at Ambo Ventures are excited to back.
Jade is also acting as interim CFO for one of his personal portfolio companies, Earthly, a platform helping businesses invest in nature-based, regenerative solutions to offset their carbon footprint and support biodiversity and social good. He has worked at Google, where he helped launch Google’s SDG Accelerator and Advisor programs, as well as the SDG Impact Fund, and previously held roles at Global Sustainable Capital Management and Merrill Lynch.
He has an MBA from INSEAD and is a native of Morocco.
