Jens W. Moberg,

Chair, Grundfos

Jens Winther Moberg (1962) has more than 20 years of experience in executive positions in technology companies, including Microsoft and IBM.

Jens W. Moberg is the owner and founder of Leadership Institute and he serves as chairman of Grundfos, LE34 and Visiolink. He is also member of the board in Axcel and the Poul Due Jensen Foundation and Strategic Advisor for Kirk Kapital. He has previously served as chairman of Herlufsholm, Georg Jensen, Schultz Information, ECOmove and The Danish IT Trade Organization and he has been a member of the board in KMD and Mindkey.

From 2005 to 2008 he was Head of Enterprise and Partner Group at Microsoft USA and responsible for a turnover of 8 billion USD. During 2008 and 2009 he was responsible for development and growth of Microsoft’s Enterprise business in Russia, India and China. As the highest placed Dane in the history of the company Jens Moberg served as Corporate Vice President at Microsoft.

Jens Moberg is passionate about leadership, technology and development in business as well as society. As leader it is his focus to help people grow in their professional and private life. And he has written several books on the subject including the bestseller ‘Rettidig omsorg’ that has been reviewed as “the best book ever written by a Danish leader”.

Jens is engaged in volunteer work including the role as ambassador for The Danish Cancer Society and for The Danish Heart Foundation.

Jens Moberg is married to Inge Sandager and father of two sons, Jacob and Jesper. In his leisure Jens takes pleasure from spending time with his family and from cycling, mountain biking and golf.
