Anne Heraty,
Non-Executive Director and Founder of Cpl Resources plc
Anne Heraty is a Non-Executive Director, and founder of Cpl Resources plc. Anne established Cpl in 1989 and has played a key role in developing it to become Ireland’s leading employment services company with over 13,000 employees, operating in 10 countries. In 2021 the business was acquired by Outsourcing Inc. and Anne was appointed to the Global board of Directors. Anne is a Non-Executive Director of Kingspan, Ibec, Barretstown Children’s Charity and Lift Ireland.
As the former President of IBEC, she actively promotes Irish businesses and continues to work alongside the board of Ireland’s largest lobby and business representative group. Anne is heavily involved in youth education and development.
She is Chair of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards, and she is passionate about helping to nurture and develop new business talent.
