Julie Hansen,

Global Executive Advisor, Salesforce

As Global Executive Advisor, Salesforce, Julie Hansen is an experienced trusted advisor to senior business leaders. She provides strategic yet pragmatic advice, value and thought leadership to some of the most progressive and inspiring companies around the world.

A natural problem solver, Julie leverages 25 years of growth-focused business, technology and behavioural expertise including 15 years with Salesforce advising and transforming a multitude of companies and organizations. Her success is tied to her ability to apply curiosity, multiple lenses and cross-disciplinary expertise to simplify complex problems while focusing on each company’s strategy to meet stakeholder demands and long term success.

Julie holds degrees in Business, Computer Science and Psychology complemented by certifications in Value Chain Operations Management from MIT Sloan, Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard and Sustainability Strategy from the Global Institute of Sustainability, ASU. She also holds the ESG Competent Boards CGB.D corporate board member accreditation.

Paying it forward, Julie is a judge and advisor to the We Empower UN SDG Challenge, a global business competition highlighting women entrepreneurs whose business models incorporate sustainable goals. She has coached women leaders in over 25 countries on growth, culture and other growth essentials and she has been on-the-ground in India, Guatemala and Africa addressing gender inequality, poverty, education and human trafficking. Locally, she serves on the nonprofit board Forward Together focused on advancing equality.

An adventure-seeker, Julie is both a licensed scuba diver and motorcycle rider. She has dived in the oceans surrounding 8 countries and has safely ridden motorcycles across 7 countries to date. Her most recent adventure is completing a Mars mission at the HI-SEAS analog research station.
