Suzanne DiBianca,
Chief Impact Officer & EVP, Corporate Relations, Salesforce
Suzanne DiBianca is the Chief Impact Officer & EVP of Corporate Relations at Salesforce. Suzanne has worked at Salesforce for more than twenty years and was previously co-founder and president of the Salesforce Foundation and Salesforce.org (http://salesforce.org/). Since 2016, Suzanne has led Salesforce’s stakeholder capitalism strategy, including the company’s global corporate relations and sustainability efforts. She leads the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy and reporting with a focus on climate action programs on the global journey to net zero emissions. Through the Salesforce Ventures Impact Fund, she invests in diverse, next-gen cloud companies driving positive change across sustainability, education, equality and social sector technology solutions. She helps lead Salesforce’s workforce development efforts, focusing on upskilling and hiring untapped talent. Under Suzanne’s leadership, Salesforce pioneered the 1-1-1 model of integrated corporate philanthropy, which has been adopted by more than 12,000 companies in 130 countries.
Suzanne serves on multiple councils for the United Nations and the World Economic Forum, has been named one of Inside Philanthropy’s 50 Most Powerful Women in Philanthropy, and is a member of the San Francisco Business Times’ Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business hall of fame. Suzanne is a board director and trustee at the Patrick J. McGovern Foundation, and serves on the advisory boards of Classy, Inc., DocuSign IMPACT Fund, Pledge 1%, and Twilio.org. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her family and is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder.
